Update: Sorry, House of Pictures decided they didn’t want the images in this post shown on my blog, so I removed them.
When I first laid my eyes on the image of the kitchen in this Copenhagen home, I knew immediately it would have to be the one for today’s post. There is so much to see in this single image, so many ideas to be inspired by. First of all, the unusual choice of combining a kitchen/dining area with a workspace. Then there is the mix of vintage and industrial furniture contrasting with the stark white room. Then, the skylights, which are a recurring feature throughout all the rooms. I’m not even sure if the apartment actually has any normal windows? If so, at least they don’t have to worry about the neighbours watching them… See the rest of the images here from this home in an old factory, now transformed into a gallery like space full of art and design icons.
